• Circumventing server security measures or Bot-Admin restrictions

4. Bot-Admin Role and Permissions

• Carefully selecting trusted individuals for the Bot-Admin role
• Monitoring the use of Bot-Admin privileges
• Any actions taken by users with Bot-Admin permissions
• Regularly reviewing and updating Bot-Admin role assignments

We are not responsible for any misuse of Bot-Admin privileges or resulting server damage.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Candy-Bot may collect and store certain data to provide its services, including:

• Discord User IDs and Server IDs
• User timezone preferences

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Candy-Bot for any user or server that:

• Violates Discord's Terms of Service
